We are looking for a **Laboratory Technician** with experience in laboratory testing and knowledge of technological control equipment, to perform, analyze, and monitor tests related to civil construction materials. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform physicochemical tests on soils, concrete, and asphalt * Conduct laboratory tests according to technical standards * Prepare samples and operate specific laboratory equipment * Perform calculations for compaction, density, and material strength * Record and organize results in technical reports * Support technological control of construction sites * Ensure material compliance with project specifications * Maintain laboratory equipment organization and calibration * Transcribe obtained results onto appropriate forms for monitoring and reporting to supervisors and relevant departments **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical education (Buildings, Roads, Laboratory, or related fields) * Experience with soil, concrete, and/or asphalt testing * Knowledge of technical standards * Basic Excel skills for recordkeeping and controls * Prior experience in construction sites or technological control laboratories is desirable * Willingness to reside on-site (Project located in São Francisco \- MG) **Additional Information** **Employment Type:** CLT **Remuneration:** R$ 3\.982,84 Right to home leave (return to hometown), per the project schedule. **S.A.
