OFFICE MANAGER (CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION)

Description

**Job Responsibilities:** * Conduct recruitment for operational positions on construction sites; * Handle employee onboarding, termination, and transfer procedures; * Monitor employee working hours, resolve inconsistencies, report tardiness, absences, and overtime, and submit data to the HR department for payroll processing; * Manage employee benefits to ensure all staff receive their entitled benefits in accordance with company policies; * Process material and service requisitions via the computerized system, as requested by engineering teams; * Manage subcontractor contracts and record contractual deductions; * Control and release invoices, performing necessary entries and forwarding; * Record invoices within the stipulated timeframe; * Place low-value purchase orders to meet internal site requirements, thereby supporting adherence to the construction schedule; * Manage cash control by daily reconciling payable forecasts against actual payments, conducting comparisons to close the day's scheduled financial movements. **Requirements:** * Completed High School Education \- A Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related fields is a plus * Proficiency in Excel; * Proven experience in this role within the civil construction industry; * Familiarity with the SAP system.
