As a Kitchen Assistant, you will be essential in ensuring our Japanese dishes are prepared with excellence and speed. You will be responsible for assisting in ingredient preparation, organizing the workspace, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen. Additionally, you will collaborate with the chef and other team members to ensure all dishes are served on time and meet the highest hygiene standards.
