Imagine yourself leading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects, **and being responsible for:** * Leading infrastructure-related projects for our logistics operations in collaboration with Project Managers overseeing the management and implementation of new Fulfillment Centers (FCs) across Brazil; * Mapping and developing new processes, implementing and monitoring them to verify whether expected benefits are delivered; * Contributing to Capex and Opex management for the Setup Projects Program alongside Project Managers; * Working with data intelligence—including data collection, evaluation, diagnosis, option analysis, and recommendations for action plans—using tools such as Google Sheets, Tableau, Power BI, and Excel; * Building strategic alliances with teams and stakeholders, acting as the link between operational project management and strategy. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in project management, data analysis, and Capex control for projects, including associated project management tools; * Experience in flow and process management; specialization in project management is a plus; * Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to a corporate environment undergoing constant change, with availability to rotate across São Paulo operations. **What we offer you:** * The opportunity to be part of an entrepreneurial company that loves thinking big and long-term. * The chance to drive your own development in an environment rich in opportunities, learning, growth, expansion, and challenging projects. * Collaboration and knowledge-sharing with outstanding professionals and experts. * An excellent work environment, equipped with everything you need for an outstanding experience. :) Mercado Libre does not contact candidates offering job opportunities in exchange for payment.
