**Responsibilities and Duties**
Responsible for technical sales of inoculants and biological pesticides according to targets set for the operational region. Plays a key role in market access, demand generation, and inventory management at distributors; implementation and monitoring of demonstration fields; personalized customer service; and performance tracking—ensuring quality and customer satisfaction. Builds relationships with key decision-makers and influencers involved in purchasing biological inputs. Organizes events, presentations, training sessions, and lectures to drive sales. Strategically uses CRM to generate business opportunities.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* **Academic Background:** Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Engineering, or related fields preferred;
* Knowledge of biological inputs;
* Experience in agribusiness sales, preferably in biological products;
* Willingness to travel and visit customers across different regions;
* Passion for sales and strong familiarity with the operational region.
