Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with basic mechanical technical knowledge and excellent communication skills to provide support to customers, suppliers, and authorized establishments, ensuring quality and accuracy in maintenance processes. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support to customers, suppliers, and authorized establishments. 2. Analysis of budgets and negotiation with suppliers. 3. Focus on organization, proactivity, and resolution of requests. We are looking for a professional with basic mechanical technical knowledge and outstanding communication skills to support customers, suppliers, and authorized establishments. The professional will guide workshops, analyze budgets, support managers, and ensure quality and accuracy in maintenance processes. **Responsibilities** Provide basic technical guidance to workshops and maintenance locations regarding technical procedures. Assist internal and external managers with clear and objective information about maintenance processes. Support authorized establishments with instructions on SIAG and maintenance routines. Conduct analyses of technical budgets for services and parts. Ensure cost accuracy and evaluate the technical feasibility of requests. Negotiate with suppliers for the procurement of parts and services. Monitor deadlines, deliveries, service quality, and other occurrences related to the process. Handle technical matters related to budgeting for services and parts. Use budgeting tools such as Orion, Suiv, and Tempario (desirable). Work with organization, proactivity, and focus on resolving technical and administrative requests. **Competencies and Skills** Strong communication skills for interaction with customers, suppliers, and authorized partners. Organizational skills to manage multiple simultaneous requests. Proactivity in seeking solutions. Basic knowledge of maintenance management tools (ERP). Knowledge of negotiation and procurement processes. Familiarity with the SIAG Maintenance product (a plus). Basic technical knowledge in mechanics, automotive electro-electronics, equipment, or equivalent experience in the field. **Education** Completed high school **Experience** Basic mechanical technical knowledge Experience in automotive maintenance or technical support is a plus **Computer Skills** Proficiency in Excel (basic formulas and data organization)
