Opportunity to develop people and enhance competencies We are seeking a Quality Monitor/Trainer to support the sales team's development, ensuring **service quality, process adherence, and continuous performance improvement**. This professional will play a strategic role in daily operations, assisting both in **quality analysis** and, primarily, in **sales representatives' training and development**, with an emphasis on results, conversion, and team high performance. ***MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:*** * Monitor and evaluate real-time interactions (calls, outreach, and sales) * Deliver individual and group feedback focused on continuous improvement * Identify gaps in communication, argumentation, and processes * Support operator development by enhancing competencies and ensuring operational excellence of the team * Conduct training sessions and provide direct operational support * Monitor quality and performance metrics * Support leaders and supervisors with analyses and action plans * Ensure adherence to service standards, company policies, and guidelines ***Requirements:*** * Prior experience in **quality monitoring and/or training in telesales** * Strong communication and teaching skills * Analytical, organized, and results-oriented profile * Ability to deliver clear and constructive feedback * Continuous improvement mindset and focus on people development * Knowledge of sales, customer service, and negotiation techniques Experience with quality, conversion, and performance metrics is considered a plus.
