The apprenticeship program provides technical and practical training in the Industrial Apprenticeship course for Production Planning and Control Assistant, delivered in partnership with SENAI. During the contract period, the apprentice will attend theoretical classes and hands-on activities covering topics such as: **Fundamentals of communication, ethics, and citizenship;** **Planning, organization, and logistics processes;** **Logical reasoning, data analysis, and digital transformation;** **Occupational health and safety;** **Administrative routines in accounting, finance, HR, marketing, and production departments;** **Production planning, scheduling, and control;** **Supply chain control, warehousing, and quality assurance;** **Fundamentals of technical drawing interpretation and metrology.** **Mandatory Requirements:** Aged between 17 and 18 years; Must turn 18 by the end of the theoretical phase; Currently enrolled in or having completed high school; Availability to work 4 hours per day; Interest in working in the industrial and production planning fields.
