




Job Summary: Responsible for restocking merchandise, organizing displays, ensuring customer safety, and assisting with sales, with a focus on product availability and excellent customer service. Provide support and deliver excellent customer service **Know Your Mission:** * Restock merchandise in aisles/families and in “picking” areas, executing the basic procedures of "full, clean, labeled, safe", maintaining correct stock location within the aisle, suggesting adjustments when necessary, and complying with all safety rules and procedures to ensure optimal product availability for customers; * Replace labels and create signage and product sample displays, following the "see, understand, touch, buy" procedure, keeping display units, cross-marketing materials, and cartobags in perfect condition to facilitate customer self-service at the aisle front; * Ensure no pallets, merchandise, boxes, plastic, equipment, or any other items obstruct or hinder customer circulation in the section’s aisles, thereby preventing potential accidents; * Remain attentive to checkout requests and provide support whenever needed to ensure fast customer service; * Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries, always demonstrating attentiveness and willingness to assist, thereby enabling sales through excellent service; * Scan visual stockouts in your assigned territory, considering the four possible causes (replenishment, inventory count, AVS's, and non-scanned stockouts), to monitor available products. **To Join Our Team, You Must Have:** * Completed high school; * Experience operating elevated platforms and ladders; * Knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques, market trends, demand, and competition; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word and Excel. **Benefits Package:** * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * Life insurance; * Gympass; * On-site meals; * Basic food basket; * Christmas food basket; * Progress bonus; * Extended maternity and paternity leave; * Transportation allowance or parking.
