Opportunity to manage customer portfolio and after-sales **Job Opening: Internal Consultant (Telemarketing)** **Job Description:** We are looking for an Internal Sales Representative with strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and a results-oriented mindset to perform telephone sales. The professional will be responsible for prospecting customers, presenting and demonstrating products/services, negotiating terms, and closing sales—ensuring customer satisfaction and attainment of established targets. **Responsibilities:** * Making outbound calls (prospecting new customers) * Answering incoming customer calls * Presenting and demonstrating products/services * Negotiating commercial terms and closing sales * Entering information into the system (CRM) * Managing customer portfolio and performing after-sales follow-up * Meeting individual and team goals **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Experience in sales or telemarketing (preferred) * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Negotiation and persuasion abilities * Basic computer literacy **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with CRM systems * Prior experience in telephone sales * Training in commercial areas or customer service **Compensation and Benefits:** * Base salary: BRL 1735.00+ plus commission (5% to 20%) * Transportation allowance * Meal/food allowance: BRL 300.00 * Performance-based bonuses **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday (08:00–18:00), with a 2-hour break * Saturday: 08:00–12:00 * No work on holidays.
