**Job Summary:**
Execute and support building maintenance and civil construction activities, ensuring the preservation, safety, and proper functioning of buildings in accordance with technical standards and internal procedures.
**Main Responsibilities:**
Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on buildings, including masonry repairs, painting, surfacing, window and door installations, and minor plumbing and electrical installations;
Conduct periodic inspections of building structures, identifying defects and recording incidents;
Plan and execute adaptations, renovations, and improvements per service orders;
Support and lead small teams at work sites, assisting field coordinators;
Ensure safe and efficient execution of tasks in compliance with technical and safety standards;
Prepare maintenance reports and intervention history records;
Collaborate with other departments to ensure continuous facility operation;
Maintain organization, cleanliness, and preservation of tools, equipment, and materials.
**Requirements:**
Completed high school education with a technical course in Building Construction, Civil Construction, or related fields;
Experience in building maintenance, renovations, or civil construction;
Knowledge of building structures, masonry, surfacing, windows and doors, painting, and basic plumbing and electrical installations;
Familiarity with NR-10, NR-12 regulations and best practices in construction and occupational safety.
**Desired Competencies:**
Ability to interpret technical drawings, plans, and sketches;
Skill in diagnosing faults and proposing solutions for building maintenance;
Leadership of small teams and field support;
Organization, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines;
Strong communication and teamwork skills;
Proper use of tools, measuring instruments, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
