As part of the LATAM Packaging team, this position is primarily responsible for conducting packaging tests according to documented laboratory procedures that simulate Amazon fulfillment centers, as well as reviewing reports, recording test results, and communicating\-with internal and external stakeholders regarding the tests. This position is part of the Packaging Innovation organization, and the work directly impacts Amazon's global packaging goals, supporting Amazon's Climate Pledge. The ideal candidate should feel comfortable working in a fulfillment center, but also capable of extended office-based work. The candidate must handle ambiguity well, exercise sound judgment, and demonstrate a bias for action. The candidate must be mentally flexible, quickly adapt to changes in workflow and priorities, and view new tasks as growth opportunities. Key job responsibilities * Conduct on-site packaging tests and document results; * Review third-party test reports, demonstrating high attention to detail; * Communicate\-with suppliers and internal customers in a timely and concise manner; * Interact with internal customers who do not speak Portuguese, using translation tools when necessary; * Record activities and maintain data integrity across multiple systems and tools; * Provide packaging feedback to other Amazon teams; * Participate in various Packaging support projects, both on-site and virtual; * Analyze customer feedback; * Manage multiple projects and diverse tasks simultaneously; * Support project launches and testing. **BASIC QUALIFICATIONS** ------------------------ * Bachelor's degree, or BS degree * Experience in an operational role * Experience with MS Office, in particular MS Excel * Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership, stakeholders, and cross\-functional teams * Can manage multiple projects and meet deadlines **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** ---------------------------- * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc. * Experience writing technical documents, project plans and progress reports for leadership and stakeholders * English\-language communication skills, both written and verbal * Experience creating process improvements through automation and analysis Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
