Join Nexa and be part of a mining company that moves with the world! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct technical analyses and studies to identify improvement opportunities in existing processes; * Lead technical work execution, promoting employee capacity building and professional development; * Analyze performance data and prepare technical reports, presenting results and recommendations to management; * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment; * Actively promote and participate in diversity initiatives within Nexa; * Monitor consumables usage within your area of responsibility; * Interface with the maintenance engineering team for project development and routine plant matters; * Perform safety-focused management activities (e.g., OPTs, ORTs, area inspections). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Materials Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields * Knowledge and experience in crushing, grinding, classification, flotation, and filtration processes; * Experience in project management; * Lean Six Sigma certification; * Proven experience in mineral processing; * Data analysis skills and proficiency with software (PIMS, MES, SAP, OCS); * Experience managing service contracts; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Postgraduate studies, MBA, or specialization in mineral processing-related areas will be considered an advantage; * Willingness to relocate to Vazante/MG **Additional Information** ***Nexa believes in fostering a diverse environment where everyone feels comfortable and empowered to be their authentic selves.*** We are one of the world’s largest zinc producers!
