Job Summary: Professional to supervise, guide, and organize the shipping department, tracking goods, planning transportation logistics, and ensuring accurate documentation. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure interaction with other departments Supervise and guide staff in the shipping department; Monitor incoming and outgoing goods, verifying that inventory is organized and that quantities and types of products are correct for shipment; Plan and organize transportation logistics, evaluating optimal freight options, delivery routes, and best cost-benefit solutions for the company; Issue and receive necessary shipping documents, such as invoices, bills, and receipts, ensuring documentation is accurate and properly recorded; Ensure interaction with other departments; Route planning. **Requirements:** Minimum 1 year of experience in supervision, coordination, or as a supervisor for loading/unloading, shipping, and goods delivery activities; Completed high school education (technical course or university degree is an advantage). **Salary:** 2\.500,00 **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM; Saturday, 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM **Benefits:** Meal allowance (BRL 21.63 per workday) \+ Medical and dental insurance \+ Attendance-based food basket \+ PPR (Profit Sharing Program) \+ Life insurance \+ Transportation allowance Employment type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation: BRL 2\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Food basket * Profit sharing * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
