




Description: * Support the relationship manager in executing the commercial policy of Sicoob Noroeste de Minas; * Responsible for establishing and maintaining effective relationships with members, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty; * Act as the main point of contact to resolve members' questions, problems, and requests; * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure members' needs are efficiently met; * Stay updated on the cooperative's products and services to provide accurate and relevant information to members; * Perform account opening and closing; * Update registrations; * Handle various recordkeeping tasks. Requirements: * Completed degree in Business Administration, Accounting Sciences, or fields related to Financial Institutions. * Knowledge of Sisbr is desirable; * Skills in marketing products and services; * Proficiency in Office suite, particularly Excel; * Proactivity and logical reasoning; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Empathy and interpersonal relationship skills; * ANBIMA certification (CPA-10 and/or CPA-20 and/or CEA) will be an advantage.
