




Job Summary: Administrative and financial support to ensure organization, control, and timely execution of tasks related to accounts payable and receivable. Key Highlights: 1. Organization and archiving of financial documents Provide administrative and financial support to the company, ensuring organization, control, and adherence to deadlines related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other finance department support activities. Main Responsibilities * Recording and verification of invoices, bank slips, and financial documents * Control of accounts payable and accounts receivable * Issuance of bank slips and payment follow-up * Bank reconciliation * Organization and archiving of physical and digital documents * Support in preparing financial reports * Communication with suppliers and customers regarding financial matters * Updating spreadsheets and internal systems * Support to the accounting department when required Requirements * Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate studies in Administration, Accounting, or related fields preferred) * Basic/intermediate knowledge of Excel * Familiarity with financial routines * Organizational skills and attention to detail Behavioral Competencies * Responsibility * Organization * Agility * Good communication * Ethics and confidentiality Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$1.800,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
