If you identify with our purpose, shall we together imagine a future—and engineer it? **Responsibilities and Duties** **Summary Description:** Plan and control all activities comprising the project scope, verifying adherence to milestones defined for the project to contribute toward fulfilling contractual requirements. Lead the project or operations planning and control process, ensuring development of detailed schedules, cross-functional integration, deviation analysis, and technical support for strategic decision-making, thereby guaranteeing project efficiency, schedule, cost, and scope. **Detailed Description:** * Develop, review, and control execution and master schedules (WBS/EAP, sequencing, milestones). * Prepare S-curves, labor, resource, and productivity histograms. * Conduct simulations and scenario analyses (what-if) to assess impacts on schedule and cost. * Define and monitor critical paths (Critical Path Method – CPM). * Perform physical and financial progress analyses. * Monitor deviations, propose corrective actions, and report trends. * Integrate information across multiple areas: engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, quality, safety, etc. * Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership. * Evaluate third-party contract plans and schedules. * Analyze claims, change requests, and addenda related to schedule impact. * Support cost estimation and budgeting jointly with Cost Control teams. * Serve as the focal point for planning for internal and external clients. * Conduct alignment meetings, progress meetings, and planning workshops. * Ensure compliance with planning methodologies, internal standards, and PMI best practices. * Develop and maintain productivity, schedule, and lessons-learned databases. * Ensure consistent use of project management tools (MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalents). * Contribute to continuous improvement of planning processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree or technological graduation in Civil, Production, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields; * Proficiency in planning software (Primavera P6, MS Project, Tilos, or others). * Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and data analysis tools. * Solid knowledge of PMI methodologies, PMBOK, WBS/EAP, and Earned Value Management (EVM). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Expertise in replanning and risk mitigation; * Experience in large-scale construction projects or complex projects; * Proficiency in dashboard development / Power BI. **Additional Information** **Position Characteristics:** * Employment Type: Regular Office * Work Location: Montes Claros/MG * Working Hours: 07:00–17:00 **Benefits Included in This Position:** * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Transportation Allowance * Meal Allowance * Gym Membership via Gympass Discounts and partnerships with various educational institutions * At Timenow, we believe in the power of ideas—and even more so, in the ability to turn them into reality.
