Description: Desired Requirements: * Knowledge of SAP PM or IBM Maximo; * Experience in consulting for EAM-focused software implementation, either as an implementer or as a Key User; * Availability for travel, including international travel; * Proactive; * Teamwork; * Strong communication skills; * Advanced English. * Completed undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Maintenance Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * Advanced English for conversation Desired Requirements: * Direct experience working with end users; * Knowledge of project structure; * Familiarity with mobility-focused software; * Requirements gathering; * Process-to-product alignment analysis; * Spanish Main Responsibilities * Act as the lead subject-matter expert for industries within your portfolio, supporting complex projects and ensuring best practices in configuration across the entire Sigga product suite. * Guide and support Implementation Consultants assigned to projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables aligned with customer needs. * Promote standardization of configuration processes, functional testing methodologies, and documentation of personas and use cases. * Lead post-implementation health checks, user training, and other Customer Success initiatives that drive adoption, retention, and expansion. * Mentor junior and mid-level consultants, strengthening industry-specific process knowledge. * Support product training for ICs, ensuring readiness for current and future project demands. * Assist the Professional Services leadership team in recruiting and hiring new Implementation Consultants as the company grows.
