Job Summary: A construction laborer assists in construction projects by performing manual tasks, preparing materials and tools, and supporting masons and other professionals, including metalworkers. Site cleanup, organization, and preparation A construction laborer performs simple manual tasks to assist in construction activities, such as preparing and transporting materials (cement, mortar, bricks) and tools, assisting masons and other professionals, cleaning the construction site, and organizing the work area. They also participate in site preparation, mixing of construction compounds, demolition, and may assist in the maintenance and organization of scaffolding. In our case, the laborer will assist a metalworker on construction sites.
