Job Summary: Professional to supervise construction sites, inspect activities, guide teams, interpret technical drawings, and manage projects physically and financially. Key Highlights: 1. On-site construction supervision and inspection 2. Physical and financial project management 3. Technical and administrative guidance of teams ● Supervise construction sites on-site, inspect activities, provide technical guidance to execution teams, and ensure project progress. ● Interpret technical drawings and convey instructions to execution teams. ● Conduct technical visits to companies, prepare quotations with clients, measure materials and labor, and complete quotation spreadsheets. ● Manage projects physically and financially, ensuring adherence to the available budget and execution schedule for each project. ● Communicate administrative information and guide field teams regarding company policies, regulations, and health and safety requirements. ● Support procurement of materials and tools for ongoing projects. ● Contact and source suppliers for machinery and tool rentals. ● Ensure field team safety and organization of construction sites. ● Coordinate daily activity approvals with contracting companies.
