COMPENSATION: Base salary R$1.816,68 + Commission + Bonus of up to R$1,500.00. Provide courteous, spontaneous, and attentive in-person customer service, as well as via WhatsApp and telephone/Negotiate prices, delivery deadlines, payment terms, and sales discounts/Conduct sales and quotations for merchandise via the company's WhatsApp and telephone systems, assisting customers in product selection/Monitor competitors' practices regarding pricing, promotions, etc., and submit suggestions to the immediate supervisor to boost sales/Register new customers in the store's customer database, ensuring accurate completion of requested information—especially the ZIP code and all delivery address details/Register new customers in the "Construir para Reunir" campaign to gather and promote the advantages of the points system/Request exchanges for promotional gifts from the "Construir para Reunir" campaign after verifying accumulated points/Record customer inquiries regarding out-of-stock or currently unavailable items and report them to the immediate supervisor/Correctly execute logistics, shipping, and cashier-related commercial processes/Commit to continuous improvement in technical knowledge, process understanding, and familiarity with the store's products and services/Maintain a clean and organized workplace.
