Job Summary: Responsible for market segmentation research, customer prospecting and reactivation, performance evaluation, and sales territory coverage, ensuring effective planning and execution. Responsibilities and Duties: * Conducts segmentation research through customer visits, applying appropriate forms; * Performs fieldwork with prospects (customer acquisition) and inactive customers (reactivation), visiting potential customers, presenting products, and describing battery features and advantages. Completes customer registration using standardized forms. * Evaluates planning effectiveness against achieved results by analyzing sales volume per customer against targets. * Covers territories of sales representatives on leave or uncovered areas. The trainee prospecting customers and develops sales plans, sells batteries, provides battery maintenance services, implements merchandising actions at point-of-sale (POS), conducts after-sales follow-up with area customers, and performs basic inspections and maintenance. * Ensures effective use of the Moura Management System. Develops action plans to achieve improvement goals and ensures plan execution, anomaly resolution, and adherence to procedures through corporate management. Also participates in cadence meetings and results presentations. Requirements and Qualifications: * Completed high school education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Driver's license category B; * Willingness to travel.
