Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead a sales team, perform strategic planning, and monitor performance metrics in the furniture retail sector. Key Highlights: 1. Market analysis and industry trends SALES SUPERVISOR Company: Casa Móveis (Centro \- Janaúba) Initial Salary: Please state your salary expectation during the interview Benefits: \* Commission \* Life Insurance Working Hours: \- Monday to Friday \- 08:00 to 18:00 (with 2 hours for lunch and rest break) \- Saturday \- 08:00 to 12:00 Requirements: \* Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields; Minimum: Completed high school (with strong practical experience in sales/management). \* Retail sales experience (preferably in furniture or similar sectors); \* Prior experience in supervision, coordination, or team leadership; \* Knowledge of negotiation techniques, customer service, and performance management. \* Ability to analyze sales reports; \* Basic computer skills (spreadsheets, management systems/ERP); Responsibilities: \* Supervise, guide, and motivate sales staff; \* Set individual and collective targets; \* Train the team on products, negotiation techniques, and customer service. \* Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve company objectives; \* Monitor key performance indicators (revenue, average transaction value, inventory turnover, profit margin, etc.); \* Participate in defining promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives. \* Ensure prompt and high-quality customer service; \* Support the team in closing major sales or complex negotiations; \* Follow up on post-sales activities and resolve potential issues. \* Collaborate with the procurement department to ensure material availability; \* Suggest best-selling products or new product lines aligned with customer interests; \* Monitor competitors and market trends. \* Organize team schedules and routines; \* Ensure compliance with company policies (pricing, discounts, payment methods); \* Prepare commercial reports for management/directorate and present them at management meetings.
