Job Summary: Responsible for the expansion and management of commercial representatives, working in the field with training, commercial guidance, and goal coordination. Key Highlights: 1. We grow sustainably without compromising ethics, empathy, or quality in every interaction. ***Responsibilities:*** Responsible for the expansion and recruitment of commercial representatives, including recruitment, selection, hiring, and activation—with emphasis on initial productivity and maintaining a consistent base of active consultants. Directly manages field operations by supervising the team through hands-on training, commercial guidance, and execution of external activities with promoters, as well as coordinating lead-generation initiatives, partnerships, and event participation. Also manages goals, revenue, and retention—aligning objectives with representatives, analyzing KPIs daily, and implementing corrective and preventive actions to reduce churn and maximize results. Finally, ensures compliance with internal processes and standards, promotes company culture, and acts swiftly to correct behavioral and performance deviations. ***Requirements:*** · Completed High School; preferred qualifications: technical or undergraduate degree in Administration, Commercial Management, Business Processes, or related fields; · Experience in field-based commercial roles, with proven experience in coordinating or leading people; **·** Experience in **hiring and managing commercial representatives;** · Strong goal-, revenue-, and KPI-oriented mindset; · Analytical ability to interpret reports; · **Hands-on profile**, with high field presence; · Energy, discipline, and results focus; Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: Starting at R$2\.750,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Company vehicle Work Location: On-site
