Job Summary: We are seeking a Pedagogue to provide pedagogical support for workshops, strengthening educational processes and the holistic development of children, adolescents, and communities, with a focus on human and social transformation through education and sport. Full-time position (20 hours/week) requiring: * Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy (mandatory); * Personal computer/laptop and mobile phone with internet access (mandatory). We seek a candidate with technological proficiency, including: * Daily use of computers; * Internet navigation and email usage; * Basic knowledge of digital tools (e.g., Google, Word, Excel, Teams, Meet, or similar); * Ability to quickly learn new systems and proprietary tools of the Institute. Employment Type: Permanent/CLT Compensation: R$2.900,00 – R$3.250,00 per month Work Location: On-site
