Job Summary:
We are seeking a Pedagogue to provide pedagogical support for workshops, strengthening educational processes and the holistic development of children, adolescents, and communities, with a focus on human and social transformation through education and sport.

The Pedagogue will provide pedagogical support for workshops and activities, reinforcing educational processes, relationships, and the holistic development of children, adolescents, and communities.

Full-time position (20 hours/week) requiring:
* Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy (mandatory);
* Personal computer/laptop and mobile phone with internet access (mandatory).
We seek a candidate with technological proficiency, including:
* Daily use of computers;
* Internet navigation and email usage;
* Basic knowledge of digital tools (e.g., Google, Word, Excel, Teams, Meet, or similar);
* Ability to quickly learn new systems and proprietary tools of the Institute.
Employment Type: Permanent/CLT
Compensation: R$2.900,00 – R$3.250,00 per month
