Job Summary: Assist in product handling and storage, ensuring quality and preventing damage, errors, or shortages in items shipped to customers. Key Highlights: 1. Product handling and storage 2. Warehouse organization and cleaning Assist in product handling and storage activities, ensuring quality in storage, picking, and loading to prevent damage, errors, misplacements, shortages, etc., of products shipped to customers. * Place the pallet at the designated address in the picking area (level 0\) or adjacent to the address in the reserve area; * Retrieve the pallet from its origin point and transport it to the specified location, aisle, or area defined on the map (movement order); * Pick merchandise according to the Service Order (SO) and deliver it to the loading bay; * Move pallets within the loading bays; * Perform pallet assembly activities; * Monitor pallet loading onto vehicles; * Restock merchandise to picking-area addresses following FIFO principles; * Inspect the quality and standard of pallets used, utilizing only appropriate pallets; * Assemble pallets according to the standardization guidelines indicated in the bonus (blind verification); * Tighten products on pallets; * Assist forklift operators in handling and storage-related tasks; * Support the PCEP team (Planning and Control of Inventory and Losses) during inventory processes; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the yard and ensure the warehouse restroom remains in perfect working condition; * Dispose of goods unfit for consumption; * Handle merchandise received through reverse logistics; * Maintain the kitchen, its utensils and facilities, and ensure its cleanliness and organization; * Use required PPE to perform sector-specific tasks.
