We are looking for a **Nursing Technician** committed to delivering high-quality support to beneficiaries, closely monitoring their health needs, and promoting humanized and efficient care. **Responsibilities and Duties** Monitor beneficiaries’ health status following hospital discharge and during emergency department visits; Handle health-related requests received via email, mobile app, WhatsApp, and phone; Follow up on beneficiaries’ health incidents, ensuring timely support and resolution; Conduct online consultations via WhatsApp, including triage, qualification, and appropriate referral of health issues raised; Receive and process laboratory test results, uploading them into the Tasy system; Monitor and support beneficiaries’ adherence to their care plans, based on risk classification; Provide support for Telemedicine and health apps prior to medical appointments; Onboard new beneficiaries into the health plan; Identify daily opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and service quality. **Requirements and Qualifications** Experience in Telemedicine-based care; Active COREN registration; Knowledge of care plans and population health management; Analytical mindset for identifying continuous improvements. **Additional Information** Meal Allowance: R$42.00; Transportation Voucher; Birthday Day Off; Health Plan with no payroll deduction; Dental Plan with no payroll deduction; Total Pass; Discounts on courses and university tuition;
