**Position:** Commercial Conversion Assistant **Brief description:** Responsible for patient and lead engagement and relationship management, handling leads generated from digital campaigns, and overseeing the entire customer journey from initial contact through post-sale. **Key responsibilities:** * Handle patient and lead engagement and relationship management for those originating from digital campaigns (Instagram and Facebook), covering the full cycle from first contact to closing and post-sale. * Respond to WhatsApp messages and inquiries originating from social media ads (Instagram and Facebook); * Provide empathetic customer service and schedule patients for complementary clinical services; * Lead management and negotiation; * Manage the lead database through outreach campaigns and rescheduling attempts. * Conduct post-consultation follow-up with patients who attended but did not complete a purchase, pursuing renewed negotiation opportunities. * Manage the Urgency and Emergency database—patients referred for complementary clinical services; * Manage the PSI database—patients who have paid only the first stage of implant treatment and need to return for prosthetic fitting. * Post-closing and operational tasks; * Receive service authorization forms after sale closure, record transactions, and send payment links; * Receive patients in person for service authorization form issuance and payments; * Register leads in the CRM and patients in Clinix; * Track referrals from on-duty staff and verify attendance and sales in the CRM database; * Maintain spreadsheet records and generate campaign-specific sales reports. **Requirements:** * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree. **Working hours:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance: BRL 880.00 * Commission included in payroll * Transportation allowance * Free medical and dental insurance * Seniority bonus: BRL 40.00 * Pharmacy partnership * And others.
