Carry out routine support tasks for commercial activities, assisting in information control, material organization, process monitoring, and support for sales teams, aiming to contribute to the company’s commercial performance. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide administrative support for Commercial area routines, collaborating on report and document preparation, ensuring timely and guideline-compliant execution. * Support Commercial Coordinators in organizing and executing sales activities. * Assist in relationship management with partner real estate agents and brokerage firms. * Update spreadsheets and reports with commercial performance data. * Monitor sales team goals and results. * Assist in organizing product launches, events, and sales campaigns. * Track product availability and update sales support materials. * Collect feedback from the commercial team and identify opportunities to improve processes. * Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with commercial requirements. * Assist in the sales process workflow. * Issue invoices related to commercial expenses. * Participate in corporate social and environmental initiatives and volunteer programs promoted by the company. * Maintain organization and up-to-date status of physical and digital documents per internal procedures. * Perform other duties related to this role as assigned by immediate leadership, proactively contributing to achieving departmental objectives. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in the real estate market is a plus; * Completed High School; * **Higher Education currently in progress (desirable).** * Experience with administrative routines. * Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Communicative and proactive profile, with strong networking skills; * Results-oriented; * Availability to attend events and meetings. **Additional Information** * No additional benefits are offered.
