Join us on this journey.** Program and monitor the execution of corrective and preventive maintenance services on machines and equipment at the Unit, and oversee work progress until completion, controlling and implementing maintenance plans according to available physical and human resources, in response to identified demands; analyze and present studies on area performance optimization and improvement, investment needs, aiming to maintain operational availability in an economically viable and ecologically sustainable manner. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Program corrective and preventive maintenance services on company machines and equipment, adhering to the general plan prepared by the supervisor, forecasting required internal or outsourced resources for maintenance and conservation services, aiming to expedite responses within work priorities, time, and available resources. * Schedule maintenance activities by receiving maintenance requests from various departments, assessing their importance based on complexity or impact on production lines, scheduling responses, evaluating material procurement needs for services, contacting suppliers, receiving materials, and forwarding them to the professional responsible for executing the work. * Monitor the execution of maintenance tasks, tracking utilized resources or time spent, monitoring adherence to activity deadlines, aiming to execute maintenance services with quality and within appropriate timelines, issuing reports for control of completed services. * Analyze and propose priority ordering for service scheduling, as well as verify the monitoring process of process results, considering their lead\-time and comparing planned versus actual outcomes. * Formalize the conclusion of executed maintenance services, closing the service sheet, calculating expenses, detailing the work performed, seeking approval from the serviced department, and archiving documentation for control purposes. * Interface with maintenance service providers to exchange information, obtain price quotations, or negotiate contracts, as well as prospect the market and develop new suppliers, enabling improved service delivery, new pricing options, or faster response times. * Monitor and control adherence to maintenance scheduling with production departments, identifying delays or bottlenecks, implementing joint actions with involved departments, summarizing and specifying performed maintenance services, downtime duration, incurred expenses, reasons for maintenance requests, utilized resources, etc., for superior evaluation of departmental performance. * Develop master shutdown schedules for areas and/or entire plants using advanced MS Project features, prepare and analyze statistics of performed services, generate shutdown reports, and conduct critical analysis of shutdown reports. * Identify resource requirements (human and material) related to maintenance processes, developing a planning framework for such needs, verifying possibilities for adjustments to plans considering process lead\-times across industrial areas. * Identify needs and develop improvement projects aiming to apply best practices in service delivery, aligned with area needs and assessments. * Prepare managerial reports by compiling and disseminating system-generated information to respective departments. **Requirements and Qualifications** Mandatory: * Completed High School education.
