General cleaning, daily maintenance, and minor repairs. **Position: General Services Assistant** We are hiring a General Services Assistant to perform cleaning and maintenance of our premises. If you are hardworking, meticulous, and enjoy working as part of a team, join our team! You will work in a complex that houses commercial, corporate, and healthcare spaces. Your daily routine will be dynamic and full of varied activities! **Your responsibilities:** * **General Cleaning:** Maintain hallways, restrooms, staircases, and outdoor areas (parking lots, sidewalks, and rooftops); * **Daily Maintenance:** Mop floors, clean glass doors, and collect garbage (assisting with proper waste separation); * **Minor Repairs:** Assist with painting, light bulb replacement, plumbing repairs, and floor replacement; * **Facility Care:** Tend to plants, verify that doors and windows are closed, and ensure lights are turned off; * **Safety:** Inspect fire extinguishers and water tanks to prevent issues; * **Occupational Safety:** Always wear personal protective equipment (PPE). **Here’s what we offer:** * Health Insurance: 100% company-paid monthly premium * Meal Allowance: Between R$ 817.00 and R$ 946.00 per month * TotalPass (access to gyms and wellness facilities) * On-site cafeteria * Salary advance * Seniority bonus (salary adjustment based on tenure) * Attendance bonus * Hazard pay **Work Schedule** Monday to Thursday – 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM – 1-hour break Friday – 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM – 1-hour break
