**Maranhão Motos** is a Honda Two-Wheel dealership, a market reference for motorcycles, recognized for service quality and excellence. We are seeking an **Assembler** to join our technical team. This professional will be responsible for assembling new motorcycles and quadricycles, performing quality inspections, and ensuring vehicles are delivered to our customers in perfect operating condition. **Responsibilities:** * Receive and inspect new motorcycles, verifying chassis numbers, invoices, and possible transport damage; * Perform complete motorcycle assembly, following Honda's technical standards and manuals; * Wash motorcycles; * Execute the pre\-delivery checklist (oil and fluid levels, tire inflation, functionality of electrical and mechanical components); * Complete assembly reports and records; * Immediately report any identified anomalies to the supervisor; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace; * Attend technical team meetings and training sessions. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in motorcycle assembly or maintenance is desirable; * Basic knowledge of mechanics and electricity; * Attention to detail, agility, and responsibility. * Fully embody and promote Maranhão Motos' culture (Business, Mission, Vision, and Values); * Receive new motorcycles at the dealership, perform visual inspections to identify transport damage, assemble new motorcycles and quadricycles for customer delivery; * Use appropriate tools daily to ensure high-quality assembly; * Deliver fully assembled motorcycles in perfect operating condition to their owners; * Actively participate in company meetings and commitments when summoned. * Verify invoices and corresponding chassis numbers upon motorcycle receipt. * Inspect motorcycle components (tool kits, mirrors, pedal rubbers, etc.). * Check for damage during motorcycle receipt and inspection. * Follow assembly and frame inspection steps outlined in the pre-delivery review. * Pay attention to details to prevent assembly defects. Agility and efficiency to meet deadlines. * **Motorcycle Assembly** * Assemble new motorcycles according to Honda standards and technical manuals. * Perform necessary adjustments and tightening to ensure safety and proper operation. * **Pre\-Delivery (Checklists)** * Conduct quality inspection before customer delivery. * Verify oil and fluid levels, and tire inflation. * Test functionality of electrical and mechanical components. * **Service Registration and Control** * Complete assembly and inspection checklists. * Report any anomalies found on motorcycles to the team leader or supervisor.
