Job Summary: A professional responsible for access control, security monitoring, and public service in a high-traffic environment. Key Highlights: 1. Access control and security monitoring 2. Maintaining a professional demeanor in all interactions Main Responsibilities: \- Control vehicle, personnel, and material entries and exits. \- Monitor security cameras. \- Answer telephones and intercoms. \- Receive packages and mail. \- Authorize and monitor personnel and vehicle access. \- Ensure access is granted only to authorized personnel and vehicles. \- Immediately report any suspicious activity and/or behavior. \- Provide public service, ensuring polite and efficient assistance; \- Handle busy routines and high volumes of personnel and vehicle traffic. \- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions with employees, visitors, and suppliers; \- Demonstrate commitment to company-established rules and procedures. Requirements: \- Strong verbal and written communication skills to ensure quality service to suppliers, visitors, and employees; \- Prior experience as a Doorman or Access Controller.
