If you are solution-oriented, organized, and process-driven, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** In general: * Understand customer needs and provide service to address inquiries and resolve issues related to their purchase, product, or installation—ensuring satisfaction and efficiency throughout the process, thereby preventing future complaints and meeting customer expectations in full compliance with the Consumer Protection Code. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Receiving customer contact through available communication channels, analyzing issues, and directing appropriate actions; * Strictly adhering to company policies and internal processes; * Delivering empathetic service aimed at customer satisfaction and process quality; * Conducting searches in the company’s database to review customer history and identify opportunities for service improvement; * Ensuring customers fully understand all information provided during every stage of the service process; * Performing follow-ups with customers regarding the status of their service requests; * Handling complaints filed on Reclame Aqui and social media platforms, seeking resolutions aligned with the Consumer Protection Code; * Meeting all deadlines, policies, and procedures established by the company; * Coordinating with third parties (e.g., carriers, manufacturers, technicians) regarding customer service matters; * Negotiating with service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery and adherence to the company’s budgetary policy; * Performing other duties within the department as needed and based on expertise; * Managing return and refund procedures—including customer credit issuance—in accordance with current policies; **Requirements and Qualifications** You are a good fit if you: * Hold or are pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, Psychology, or related fields; * Have experience in customer service with a focus on problem resolution and continuous improvement; * Possess basic Excel skills. **Additional Information** Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:42 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM; Work model: On-site (Araçatuba); Employment type: CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws contract).
