Focus on safety, hygiene, and contamination control **About the Opportunity** We seek an experienced professional to coordinate and supervise the execution of all facility installations in the project, with **proven experience in hospital construction projects**, adhering to strict regulations, deadlines, and quality standards specific to the healthcare sector. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate and inspect the execution of hydraulic, electrical, sanitary, fire protection, medical gas, HVAC, and sewage installations; * Lead in-house and subcontracted teams, guiding them on correct techniques and project compliance; * Ensure compliance with technical standards, hospital-specific regulations, and oversight agencies; * Control material quality, system testing, and operational performance of installed systems; * Monitor the schedule, request materials, and adjust activities to meet deadlines; * Ensure strict adherence to safety, hygiene, and contamination control standards typical of healthcare construction; * Record incidents, prepare execution reports, and service measurements; * Guide the team on special precautions for sensitive areas and restricted flow zones within the hospital environment. **Mandatory Requirements** * Proven experience as Facilities Supervisor or similar role; * **Experience in hospital construction projects, clinics, or healthcare facilities**, understanding the particularities of such installations; * Proficiency in reading hydraulic, electrical, and auxiliary installation drawings; * Knowledge of applicable technical standards and safety procedures; * Leadership, organizational skills, and ability to resolve field issues; * Availability for on-site work in Niterói and surrounding areas. **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of medical gas installations, air conditioning, and hospital utility systems; * Experience with renovations or expansions of operational hospital units; * Technical course in Electrotechnics, Hydraulics, or Building Construction. Compensation: R$5.000,00 - R$7.000,00 per month Work Location: On-site
