We are guided by values that shape all our interactions at work—ethics and integrity underpin all business relationships, alongside humility, commitment, and diversity. **Job Description** * Supervise utility operations (refrigeration, boilers, water treatment plants [ETA], wastewater treatment plants [ETE], and auxiliary equipment and systems); * Identify and report equipment anomalies, ensuring prompt maintenance response; * Control input consumption and monitor cost and efficiency indicators; * Monitor cold storage chamber temperatures and process water quality parameters; * Monitor biomass quality used in boilers and GGQs; * Supervise third-party activities and ensure compliance with safety standards; * Manage team members, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to internal policies and applicable legislation. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Proven experience with industrial ammonia refrigeration systems; * Knowledge of boiler operation, industrial steam systems, and water treatment; * Willingness to relocate and reside in Bebedouro/SP; * Prior experience in food industry manufacturing environments is a plus. **Additional Information** Additional Information for the job **Diversity, Inclusion and Equity** Diversity is part of our DNA.
