* Marking and opening planting holes (hoe, soil puncher, shovels). * Cleaning and maintaining the area using backpack trimmer, sickle, and machete. * Ant control and pesticide application using backpack sprayer. * Seedling topping (mechanical and/or chemical). * Control of exotic species (girdling, cutting, drilling). * Chemical and organomineral fertilization; sowing of green manure and native species. * Planting native seedlings using manual planter. * Organizing, loading and unloading inputs and equipment. * Minor tool maintenance (sharpening, blade replacement, cleaning). * Irrigation of seedlings using backpack pumps, buckets, or hoses. * Assisting in vehicle and equipment washing. * Supporting leadership in minor maintenance and logistics (transporting workers, meals, inputs). **Technical requirements:** * Knowledge of manual and semi-mechanized operations. * Basic understanding of inputs (chemical products, fertilizers, seedlings). * Understanding of safety regulations and PPE usage. * Previous experience in rural, forestry, or agricultural activities (advantage: planting of native species/eucalyptus). * Proficiency with trimmer, sprayer, and other equipment. * **Desirable:** Class B driver's license.
