Ensuring IT environment availability and stability We currently have an opening for an IT Technician I (Temporary \- Vacation Coverage) and would like to confirm your interest; Salary: R$ R$ 2\.306,68 What You Will Do: Responsible for Level 1 customer support and problem resolution for unit users (focal point). Strong expertise in hardware and software support and installation (desktops, laptops, mobile phones, barcode scanners, printers, cameras, multimedia devices, etc.). Ensuring IT environment availability, stability, and continuous updates (hardware and software). Monitoring third-party services for maintenance of available IT infrastructure (meeting rooms, projection systems, multimedia equipment). Initiating technical support requests with IT solution providers to resolve technical and operational system issues. Supporting business area needs. Assisting in technology transition initiatives for User Experience and Environment Management towers (KT). Creating documentation and procedures Requirements: Experience in Field Service.
