We are looking for a **Forest Operations Supervisor** to lead the operational team in forest restoration projects, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and safely according to established procedures. In addition, this professional will assist in activities involving personnel management, conflict resolution, and incident reporting, prioritizing everyone's well-being and information transparency. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor and supervise mechanized forest restoration operations; * Manage operational teams, providing necessary support for task execution; * Monitor team performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement action plans; * Ensure compliance with all safety guidelines; * Control inventory of materials and supplies required for operations; * Assist in operational planning by preparing daily schedules. **Requirements:** * Experience in mechanized agricultural operations; * Technical degree in Forestry, Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related fields is desirable; * Availability for frequent travel and shift-based work; * Leadership and team management skills; * Proactivity, attention to detail, and good communication; * Valid Brazilian driver's license (CNH B).
