




**Responsibilities:** · Support the sales department in all activities related to the company's sales, developing, monitoring, and analyzing quotations and preparing budgets. · Maintain contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and meet their needs, as well as clarify any possible doubts regarding the services provided by the company; · Gather necessary data to prepare budgets, technical proposals, and quotations according to the requirements established by potential clients, ensuring compliance with deadlines and requirements; · Monitor the progress and closing of proposals, verifying that processes and documentation comply with requirements; · Provide specific data, negotiate prices, delivery times, among others, aiming at closing sales and achieving the company's established targets; · Conduct post\-sale follow\-up with clients to establish partnerships and foster client loyalty; **Skills and Requirements:** Good verbal and written communication; Ease in negotiation; Interpersonal skills; Communicative, responsible, organized, and proactive profile. **Education:** Ongoing bachelor's degree **Experience:** Experience as a Commercial Assistant will be considered a differentiator **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00.
