Job Summary: A professional responsible for planning, developing, and delivering technical and behavioral training, conducting follow-ups and evaluations for continuous improvement. Development of support materials and evaluation of training effectiveness **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Plan, develop, and deliver operational technical, behavioral, and onboarding training for new employees, as well as refresher training for existing employees; * Conduct practical field follow-ups, evaluating employee performance and providing corrective and constructive feedback; * Develop support materials, manuals, presentations, and instructional videos; * Evaluate the effectiveness of delivered training and propose improvement actions when necessary; * Maintain and update records of mandatory training, refresher courses, and qualifications; * Promote internal educational campaigns focused on safety, service quality, and best operational practices; * Monitor current legislation related to transportation, safety, and applicable labor regulations, updating training content as needed; * Support managers in development initiatives and in correcting operational deviations identified in the field; * Participate in alignment meetings with leadership to define training needs; * Monitor performance indicators related to training and team development; * Perform other tasks related to this role upon request from supervisor; **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields. * Driver’s License Category E * Instructor Training or Training Techniques certification (preferred); * Defensive Driving and Traffic Legislation (for operational instructors); Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Basic food basket * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Experience driving tractor-trailers and B-doubles?
