Job Summary: Professional to perform maintenance and technical support for optical fiber infrastructure, ensuring proper operation and compliance with company standards. Key Highlights: 1. Working with optical fiber in GPON/DGO FO rooms and related infrastructure. 2. Responsible for testing, jumper patching, and system monitoring. 3. Ensuring compliance with standards, safety, and support for FTTH installations. Description: * Education: Completed High School; * Competencies: Commitment to Excellence; Communication; Technical Knowledge; Results Orientation; Interpersonal Skills; Problem Solving; Tolerance to Pressure and Change; * Area-specific Requirements: Driver's License Category B; * Inspect optical ports in GPON/DGO FO rooms using specialized test equipment to identify proper operation or faults; * Perform optical fiber jumper patching on equipment located in GPON/DGO FO rooms; * Request, register, and close optical fiber jumpers via internal system; * Perform internal activities in GPON/DGO FO rooms; in case of inconsistencies in CDOE and CDOI box facilities, contact the project area by e\-mail for correction; * Verify and monitor the V.tal management software; in case of errors, interact with the service provider for necessary adjustments; * Ensure compliance with company standards and Operational Technical Instructions (ITOs), identifying and reporting deviations to the manager or responsible areas; * Comply with and uphold occupational hygiene, health, and safety regulations, reporting any irregularities; * Assist in FTTH (Home Connect) installations and repairs, performing optical fiber maintenance from GPON/DGO FO rooms; * Request facility adjustments for CDOE and CDOI boxes via e\-mail to the Icomon Projects Department; * Work across all stations equipped with GPON/DGO FO rooms, including inter-unit travel, driving vehicles, and transporting equipment and materials as required; * Guide other units with GPON/DGO FO rooms regarding defined standards and procedures, ensuring process standardization and effectiveness. 2512110202491859165
