REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields Preferred: Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance, Controllership, Financial Management, or Business Management Proven experience in food service, restaurants, retail, or bars (a significant advantage) Experience in accounting closing, cash flow management, managerial income statements (DRE), and budgeting. TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE * Proficiency in financial and budgetary planning (budget and forecast) * Cash flow management, accounts payable and receivable * Cost, margin, and profitability analysis per unit and per product * Knowledge of tax calculation and tax regimes (Simples, Lucro Presumido, Lucro Real) * Bank negotiation, credit acquisition and management * Financial indicators (KPIs) and managerial dashboards * Advanced Excel (pivot tables, financial modeling, Power Query) * ERP systems for management (Omie, Icomanda, Saipos, or similar food service ERPs) * Preferred: Power BI or other BI tools BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES * Leadership and team management * Strategic and analytical vision * Ability to make decisions under pressure * Organization, discipline, and attention to detail * Ethical conduct and confidentiality Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$5\.000,00 \- R$5\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
