The CIEE Rio Apprenticeship Program is a professional training program based on Law No. 10,997/2000, aimed at qualifying and integrating young people into the labor market. The Apprenticeship contract is recorded in the employment record book; therefore, upon approval, you must present the following valid original documents: ID card (RG), CPF (individual taxpayer registry), employment record book (Carteira de Trabalho), voter registration card (Título de Eleitor), and school documentation. Male candidates must also present their Military Service Certificate (Certificado de Reservista). Please verify that all your documents are in order. Additionally, the Apprenticeship Program requires participation in theoretical activities organized by CIEE Rio, which occur during the first 11 days of the contract, and then once per week thereafter. These activities are held in person in the neighborhoods of Méier, Centro, and Campo Grande, from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM or from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM (for 4-hour contracts), or from 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM (for 6-hour contracts). Now you know everything about the Apprenticeship Program. **Working Hours:** Monday from 09:00 to 15:00, Tuesday from 09:00 to 15:00, Wednesday from 09:00 to 15:00, Thursday from 09:00 to 15:00, Friday from 09:00 to 15:00 **Responsibilities:** Administrative routines; assisting in the initial screening of resumes received in the system, verifying basic requirements per guidance from the Analyst/Intern; supporting vacancy audits by checking whether information on career websites and LinkedIn is accurate and up-to-date; scheduling interviews between candidates and recruiters; sending interview invitations and attendance confirmations, ensuring candidates receive all necessary information for each stage; ensuring data entered into the portal complies with L'Oréal’s quality and compliance standards; organizing documents and updating internal spreadsheets tracking selection processes. **Requirements:** Possession of all required documents; completion of high school; no prior experience as an administrative apprentice. **Benefits:** Transportation allowance, meal voucher, medical assistance. **Company Description:** The Company-School Integration Center (CIEE) is a private, non-profit, non-economic civil association recognized as a social assistance entity.
