ACCIONA, through its Water business, seeks an Electromechanical Supervisor for its new CAGEPA sanitation project in Paraíba.**Job Description**
* Maintenance Management: Plan and supervise preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for electromechanical equipment at Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTPs) and Electrical Substations (ESSs)
* Technical and Operational Management: Monitor the performance of electromechanical assets (MTBF, MTTR, and operational availability); identify opportunities for process improvement
* Prepare periodic technical reports containing information on failures, interventions performed, equipment performance, and consumption of spare parts and materials
* Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with technical standards and legal requirements; ensure proper use of tools, PPE, and safe practices in accordance with occupational health and environmental safety standards
* Contractual Management of Third Parties: Participate in developing maintenance investment and technical improvement plans; support the contracting and supervision of outsourced services
* Manage outsourced technical teams, control operational indicators, and ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and quality standards
Interface with other departments (engineering, operations, environment, procurement, etc.).
**Candidate Requirements**

* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Control and Automation, or related fields – Active CREA registration – Technical Responsibility
* Preferred: More than 6 years of experience in the field, including at least 3 years in team management
* Solid experience in maintenance of electromechanical systems within the sanitation sector (pumps, electrical panels, motors, blowers, instrumentation, PLCs, SCADA, automation systems, etc.)
