Description

Job Summary: The Installer/Maintainer is responsible for installing and maintaining electronic security equipment, such as alarms, cameras, and electric fences, performing tests and corrections. Key Highlights: 1. Installation and maintenance of electronic security systems. 2. Conducting tests, inspections, and fault corrections. 3. Preparation of technical documents and reports. The Installer/Maintainer is responsible for installing and maintaining electronic security equipment at client sites and the company’s base, including alarms, sensors, CCTV cameras, and electric fences, interpreting service orders, sketches, and project schedules. Inspecting and activating systems, conducting tests, and correcting possible faults. Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on systems. Preparing technical documents in accordance with safety standards, good installation practices, hygiene, and environmental protection. Applying checklists, generating reports, and recording incidents. * Install equipment and systems following technical specifications and established safety standards; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment, identifying and resolving potential faults; * Conduct operational tests on installed equipment to ensure efficiency and safety; * Replace damaged parts and components following manufacturer guidelines; * Prepare technical reports of performed activities, documenting interventions and solutions adopted; * Stay updated on new technologies and procedures in the field of equipment installation and maintenance; * Proactively identify improvements in installation and maintenance processes; * Interact with clients and users, clarifying doubts and providing technical support when necessary; * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the workplace to ensure safety and smooth workflow; * Safeguard materials, tools, PPE, and vehicles required for installations and maintenance; * Collaborate with the technical team, sharing knowledge and experience for continuous work improvement.
