Job Summary:
Manage heavy infrastructure construction contracts, collaborating across multiple departments and supporting contractual management for earthwork, drainage, and Special Artworks (OAE) projects.

**Contract Manager**
**Main Responsibilities**
* Manage contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients;
* Monitor compliance with scope, deadlines, and contractual terms;
* Identify, analyze, and manage contractual deviations, amendments, and claims;
* Draft official correspondence and communications;
* Collaborate with Legal, Planning, Production, HR, Finance, and Accounting departments;
* Support contractual management of earthwork, drainage, and Special Artworks (OAE) projects.
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering;
* Minimum of **5 years** of experience managing heavy infrastructure construction contracts;
* Practical experience with earthwork, drainage, and/or OAE contracts;
* Experience in railway or highway projects is a plus.
**Desired Knowledge**
* Lump-sum contract management;
* Scope, schedule, and construction measurement analysis;
* Preparation and negotiation of claims and contract amendments;
* Familiarity with Contract Law, Law No. 13\.303/2016, and Law No. 14\.133/2021;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project;
* Knowledge of FIDIC contracts is considered a plus.

Compensation: R$15\.000,00 \- R$20\.000,00 per month
