Description: Apply quickly via email: Requirements and Qualifications: * Provide customers with delivery time estimates, service coverage areas, status of shipped service deliveries, and direct more complex issues to the competent departments, ensuring effective handling of all contacts; * Schedule pickups in accordance with negotiated terms to ensure cargo shipment and effective execution of requested services; * Prepare quotations for customers seeking EPC services, converting contacts into executed services, serving customers across all communication channels provided by the company, adhering to commercial policies as well as EPC campaigns, procedures, and manuals, ensuring successful implementation of quotations; * Proactively contact existing customers and prospects to foster loyalty and growth—both in pickup requests and active quotations—ensuring achievement of organizational targets; * Develop in-depth knowledge of each market where EPC operates—or specifically those under one’s responsibility—to promote new shipments and contribute to the organization’s sustainable growth; * Ensure the company’s visual identity layout is preserved in commercial proposals and correspondence, and verify alignment with customer-agreed terms.
