Leadership in hiring and evaluating designers Description: To apply for this position, you must: * Hold a completed undergraduate degree in Architecture and Urban Planning or Civil Engineering; * Have knowledge of BIM, model coordination, and tools such as Solibri; * Have experience in project and incorporation process coordination; * Possess skills in schedule management and delivery control; * Have experience with document/project management platforms (e.g., Autodoc or similar). It is important that you demonstrate: * Strong communication skills; * Organizational ability; * Analytical capability. It would be highly advantageous if you: * Are proficient with the Construflow platform. In summary, your responsibilities will include: * Coordinating project disciplines to ensure technical integration and adherence to product guidelines; * Planning, conducting, and monitoring technical meetings, including documentation, assignment of responsibilities, and follow-up; * Performing critical analysis of designs and guiding revisions and technical solutions; * Managing project schedules and controlling intermediate and final deliveries; * Leading the hiring, supervision, and evaluation process for designers and consultants; * Validating measurements, supporting budgetary control, and approving payment documentation for contractors; * Coordinating model coordination and clash detection (Solibri/BIM environment); * Ensuring document management, version control, and information flow on the Autodoc platform; * Supporting construction teams with technical requests and resolving technical queries and interferences; * Developing and standardizing technical details, guidelines, and instructional materials for designers; * Ensuring compliance with technical standards, legislation, and internal guidelines; * Mentoring and developing interns and analysts within the department. 2512100202181856776
