Work in all stages of the registration process at the São Paulo State Board of Trade: inquiries, preliminary review, organizing, filing, entering process and responsible office data into the system, returning documents/procedures to clients; Attend to clients and clarify doubts regarding procedures: in person, by telephone, email, or messaging apps; Conduct credit inquiries on the BVS for individuals and legal entities; Clarify initial questions about the Entity’s services and products for members and non-members, in person, by telephone, messaging apps, and email, referring them to the responsible department as needed; Receive payments for services rendered via debit card, credit card, PIX, invoicing, online payment (PagSeguro), or cash (only for authorized services); Organize and maintain the department’s document archive; Perform other related activities within the scope of work.
